As a live-in building Manager I’m responsible for managing and maintaining the residential or commercial property. Over the years I have gained valuable experience in property management, as well as strong communication and problem-solving skills. As a live-in building manager, I would be required to live on-site and be available to respond to emergencies at any time of the day or night.
My responsibilities as a live-in building manager would include supervising building maintenance and repair work, managing tenant relations, and ensuring that the property is always in compliance with all relevant codes and regulations.
