As a live-in building Manager I’m responsible for managing and maintaining the residential or commercial property. Over the years I have gained valuable experience in property management, as well as strong communication and problem-solving skills. As a live-in building manager, I would be required to live on-site and be available to respond to emergencies at any time of the day or night.

My responsibilities as a live-in building manager would include supervising building maintenance and repair work, managing tenant relations, and ensuring that the property is always in compliance with all relevant codes and regulations. I would be responsible for collecting rent, ensuring that all leases and agreements are up-to-date, and handling any tenant complaints or concerns. Additionally, I would be responsible for handling emergencies such as fire or natural disasters, coordinating with emergency services, and communicating with tenants.

Living on-site also comes with its own set of unique challenges and benefits. As a live-in building manager, I would need to be able to strike a balance between work and personal life, while being able to respond to any issues that arise quickly and efficiently. On the other hand, the convenience of living on-site makes it easier to address tenant concerns and ensure that the property is always properly maintained. Overall, being a live-in building manager can be a rewarding and challenging role, offering the opportunity to be responsible for a building and its tenants while being able to live on-site.

As a live-in building manager for over 20 years, I have accumulated a wealth of experience in managing and maintaining residential or commercial properties. I have been responsible for a wide range of duties, including supervising maintenance and repair work, managing tenant relations, collecting rent, and ensuring compliance with codes and regulations.
