Currently working as IT Support Specialist in aerospace company.

Providing support to engineers, documenting issues and solutions, creating knowledge base, taking care of new hires for smooth onboarding/offboarding process. Managing cyber security training for internal employees and managing our IT assets.

I was assigned in different companies to act as first responder and liaison to higher level.
