I am a journeyman scaffolder with 17 years in the oil and gas industry. I have two years of project management experience with the Canadian Armed Forces.

• Provide engineering support such as facilities management, fire engineering, contract and project management and construction and environmental engineering.
• Advise superiors on military engineering matters.
• Exercise leadership and technical control over organizations involved in engineering services.
• Lead and manage a team of skilled personnel.
• Provide mapping, charting and geodesic support to sea, land and air operation.
• Erect, dismantle, and modify scaffolds throughout various areas of the plant such as tank farm, water treatment, utilities and operations, and steam generation.
• Lead a crew of scaffolders who specialize in advanced building operations.
• Attend weekly safety meetings to discuss incidents or injuries and mitigate the risk of future injury.
• Participate in people based safety initiatives to improve the safety culture of the worksite.

I am accepted to the MBA (Energy and Sustainability) program at the University Of Cumbria.
