Jordan Oudenaarden

My name is Jordan Oudenaarden,

I have an extremely broad work experience with a majority of it starting when I was in high school.  In the last 14 years I have been working as an Electrician.  During 2016 I received my Journeyman Ticket for Electrical.  In the last 2 years I have been promoted within 6 months in 2 companies from “working journeyman” to Electrical Foreman.  Prior to working as an Electrical Foreman I was working as a Service Electrician, and in Maintenance.

During Covid I was laid off from my job at All Weather Windows as a Maintenance tech. (Due to the shop cutting employees down over 50%,  over 400 employees to under 200).  In order to ensure I could feed my family I was forced to look at different options. At this time I was pursuing a career in Corrections officer (This was the change to Protective Services noted on resume).  I had found during my time there that this was not the path I wanted to take.
