• Kitchen responsibilities included serving and upkeep of hot meals, salads, sandwiches, soups, desserts, and canned drinks.
• Regular use of kitchen equipment including steam wells, toasters, coffee machines, hot box, fridges, stovetop, oven, panini press, knives and to-go boxes.
• Sales responsibilities include serving customers and staff, cashing in and out, using Squirrel POS machine and chip reader and end-of-night deposit.

• Contracted as a student worker.
• Janitorial responsibilities included cleaning and upkeep of church interior, basement, and exterior; cleaning and sanitizing, sweeping and mopping and landscaping.
• Helped maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Participated in specialized restoration projects (scraping, sanding, staining, and revarnishing wood pews of church interior).

Mexico Service Project – Colegio Montefalco             Jul 2017 - Aug 2017

• Volunteered for a service project in Jonacatepec, Mexico, whose goal was to rebuild homes for members of the community affected by climate change.
• Group duties included laying rebar, concrete mixing and pouring, landscaping, and cleaning and garbage management.
