Josh Charbonneau

I have been in the law field as a Security Guard for over fifteen years. I’ve worked as a security guard with the company (Commissionaires Ottawa) for eight years, as well as some great companies such as G4s and Synterra. Working in the security field I have spent most of my time doing patrols, CCTV cameras surveillance, and maintaining regular security duties. But the past 6 years I’ve been working as an E.M.R. (Emergency Medical Response)

I have also gained experience in Baffin Island, Chapple, and Kenora Ontario working as a security guard for the mining industry on a two-week rotation. During my time on Baffin Island I was able to join the mine rescue team and meet a lot of amazing people from different cultures. I was also able to obtain my supervisor level 2 certification in the Nunavut region (mining). Also becoming a lead hand just after six months of employment in Chapple Ontario working in the mining industry as an E.M.R. but currently working as a supervisor at Musselwhite Mine.

I've been in the security field for 15 years. I've started in retail but moved to mining security, I absolutely love interacting with people and take pride in job. I've working at several mines but my most favorite mine was Baffinland. The experience I gained and the friendships I've acquired are once in a lifetime. 

I've received my diploma for Police Foundations and every three years I receive advanced first aid training to help better my career.
