I have been working in the restaurant industry for over 20 years as a cook, trainer and supply manager and have a perfect skill set for this role. I started as an entry level cleaner and cook and have been promoted consistently however currently looking for something more physically active and higher paced 

My main responsibilities are heading up the kitchen, ensuring QA and supply management and equipment cleanliness while building exceptional relationships with management, co workers, clients and suppliers, health and safety and exceptionally clean spaces and equipment has been a top priority for years as well as managing supplies and stock, 

I am an extremely good communicator and organizer with a strong work ethic. I remain calm in stressful situations and have high standards of my work and make sure to stay on top of my duties
