Extensive experience of 25+ years of optimizing operations and profits for construction, project, maintenance, and facilities through outstanding management, technical, and relationship building. Proven ability to direct construction and maintenance projects within diverse sectors including commercial, retail, industrial, office and facilities with on-schedule, within-budget, and completion timeline. Recognized contributor with proficiency in guiding broad range of project operations from pre-construction through to close-out and maintenance longevity, including design, schedules, cost budgeting, analysis, permitting, code compliance, inspections, commissioning, and warranty fulfillment.
