  2. Live Streaming Operations: Operating the live streaming software and hardware during church services. Monitoring the live stream to ensure a stable and high-quality broadcast. Troubleshooting any technical issues that arise during the live stream. - 
  3. Video Production: Capturing high-quality video and audio during church services and events. Editing video footage for post-production purposes, including adding titles, graphics, and other elements as needed. Ensuring that the final video content is ready for uploading to YouTube or other platforms. - 
  4. Content Management: Managing the church's YouTube channel, including uploading videos, creating playlists, and organizing content. Writing descriptions, adding tags, and creating thumbnails for videos to optimize discoverability. - 
  5. Coordination and Communication: Collaborating with church staff, volunteers, and other team members to plan and execute live streaming and video production. Communicating with the church leadership about video and streaming needs, schedules, and any issues that arise. - 
  6. Creative Input: Providing creative input and suggestions for improving the visual and audio quality of the live streams. Developing new ideas for video content to engage the congregation and attract new viewers. - 
  7. Engagement and Interaction: Monitoring and responding to comments and interactions on the live stream to engage with the online congregation. Encouraging online viewers to participate and feel connected to the church community. - 
  8. Training and Support: Training volunteers or other team members on how to use the live streaming equipment and software. Providing technical support and guidance to ensure smooth operations. - 
  9. Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensuring that all video content complies with copyright laws and church guidelines. Maintaining a high standard of quality for all video and audio content produced. - 
  10. Analytics and Improvement: Monitoring viewer statistics and feedback to assess the effectiveness of the live streams. Making data-driven improvements to enhance the quality and reach of the church’s online presence.

EVENT VOLUNTEER

  1. Ticket Scanning: Using ticket scanners or mobile apps to validate and scan guests' tickets upon entry. Ensuring that only guests with valid tickets are allowed entry. 
  2. Guest Assistance: Providing information and assistance to guests regarding event details, such as schedule, location of amenities, and seating arrangements. Helping resolve any ticketing issues or discrepancies that guests might encounter. 
  3. Crowd Management: Managing lines and directing guests to appropriate entry points to ensure a smooth flow of attendees into the event. Monitoring crowd behavior to maintain a safe and orderly environment. 
  4. Customer Service: Offering a welcoming and professional attitude to all guests. Addressing any questions or concerns that guests might have in a courteous and helpful manner. 
  5. Coordination with Event Staff: Collaborating with other event staff and security personnel to ensure efficient entry procedures and overall event safety. Communicating any issues or incidents to supervisors or event managers. 
  6. Equipment Handling: Setting up and managing ticket scanning equipment. Troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise with ticket scanners or related technology. 
  7. Record Keeping: Keeping accurate records of ticket scans and reporting any discrepancies or issues. Providing data on the number of attendees and other relevant metrics to event organizers.
