I am a friendly, cheerful person who enjoys working with the public. I work hard to provide courteous, professional customer service.

I like to make customers feel welcome once they arrive and give them assistance, find answers to their questions, and resolve any issues when required. I want their experience at what ever place of employment I work at to be positive as to ensure repeat customer loyalty. 

I always strive to represent the company and employer in a professional manner.

My work history is customer service based. I have worked in retail, the beauty industry, and pharmacy. The last 8 years I worked at a not for profit. This was a retail, recycling, and salvage operation. The last 4 years of employment at that facility I was operations manager overseeing the running of the facility, staff, and volunteers. I was also responsible to report to the board of directors, presenting financial reports and manager reports at the monthly meetings.

I have also recently worked at a liquor store as a clerk. 

I have recently received my Pro Serve and Food Handlers Certificates which are valid for 5 years.
