  • Word: I have extensive experience creating templates, setting up and modifying built-in styles, and creating masters to coordinate with existing designs and layouts. I also can fix up the formatting of existing documents, whether it’s a short document or a long and complicated reference manual, facilitator guide, etc.
  • PowerPoint: I’ve worked for many years with PowerPoint to create new designs, slide masters, and templates, and also format content consistently for a variety of clients and audiences.
  • PDF creation: I can convert documents to PDF and create fillable online forms, smart PDFs, etc.

Proofreading, editing and QA work.

  • Services include proofreading and copy editing as well as quality control of material to ensure that content is consistent, follows corporate standards and is well written. These important reviews can also test the functionality of online training, website links, smart documents/forms, etc.
  • Samples of work: Proofreading legal agreements for family lawyers, assessment reports for psychologists, website content and functionality for multiple clients, training material, including slide decks, facilitator guides, participant material and e-learning modules.

Virtual producing for Zoom meetings.

  • Acting as a virtual producer (VP), I support presenters/facilitators to ensure that meeting and training sessions run smoothly. For most of my VP clients, I set up breakout rooms, resolve technical issues, share files or links in chat, monitor the chat for questions or comments, and admit people into meetings, and take attendance. Experienced with Zoom, MS Teams and Kaltura platforms.
