I am Julius Pereira, I am presently in Welland, Ontario on PR. I am looking out for employment best fitting my CV or as a Security-guard. I have obtained my Security-Guard Certificate/License through 1NorthWest Security and Emergency First Aid Level ‘C’ CPR/AED through ‘Life Safe’. I have also obtained my G1 Driving license.

Last worked for the Shell GTL project as a Warehouse Supervisor, thru the Venture Gulf Group – Oil & Gas Division- Qatar. I was the focal point to carry out a smooth operation between SHELL & VGG logistics services and manpower at the warehouse of Shell. Setting up the Main warehouse & Chemical warehouse and its satellite storage facilities. Training of warehouse staff with regards to receiving, preservation, storage, issuance of materials, spares and chemicals, Receipts, Issues, Returns, transfers in SAP inventory systems. Doing monthly reports, perpetual inventory cycle of the warehouse. Implementing SOP keeping HSE a Top priority. Reporting to SHELL Warehouse Manager & VGG GM.

I have extensive experience (27 years) as a Fitter/Welder on Ships: - Oil Tankers, Ore/ Bulk, Refrigerated, Containers and General Cargo. Petrochemical Plants and Gas Plants and also setting up of Warehouses and training staff.
I have sound Technical Knowledge and hands on experience on Ships Main engines, Generators, Turbines, Reciprocating-Pumps, Centrifugal-Pumps, Compressors, Vacuum-Pumps, Blowers, Valves, Heat exchangers, refrigeration plants, Boilers, Oil & Water-Separators, Inert Gas Generators, Evaporators, Centrifuges, various ship’s machinery, Machining & welding, Pipes and fittings etc. and various ship’s operations. Besides, I am skilled in Lathe, Welding Arc (6G) & Gas, Shaping, Drilling, Milling, and Grinding, Lapping.
I have experience in SAP ERP R3, R6, Excel, MS Word, Power Point. I am certified with ASNT NDT for UT, LPT, MPT, and RT level II.

The training involved Technical &Trade Theory of Centrifugal, Reciprocating, vacuum pumps, Compressors (reciprocating, centrifugal, diaphragm, sliding vanes), Steam- Turbines, valves, heat exchangers, columns, blowers, refrigeration plants, boilers, Mechanical seals, Fabrication, Lathe, drilling, milling, shaping machines, measuring instruments. Trained on multicraft basis for Petrochemical Plant maintenance.
