Julliane Castro

   I am currently a Sale associate who just completed their Bachelors of Science in Nursing. I am eager to finding and exploring careers in healthcare. 
    I possess a unique combination of skills that enable me to excel in fast-paced and dynamic environments. With a strong background in customer service, sales, and communication, I have honed my ability to effectively engage with diverse audiences, build strong relationships, and drive results-oriented solutions. My expertise in problem-solving, adaptability, and time management allows me to efficiently prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines with precision. I am passionate about helping others and providing comfort, accessibility and compassion to vulnerable populations. 

With a strong background in customer-facing roles, I have developed a unique set of skills that enable me to provide exceptional service and drive sales growth. Through my experiences in retail and restaurants, I have honed my ability to effectively communicate with diverse customers, work efficiently in fast-paced environments, and build strong relationships with colleagues and clients. My expertise in cash handling, inventory management, and time management has allowed me to successfully multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Additionally, I have developed a keen sense of adaptability, problem-solving, and conflict resolution, enabling me to effectively handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner. 

    To include, I have clinical experience as a student nurse. I have gained hands-on training in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment. I have worked closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care and support. My experience has equipped me with strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills, enabling me to effectively identify patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement evidence-based interventions. 

I graduated from Toronto Metropolitan University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
