In my current role as a Project Estimator at Nu Era Building Restoration Inc. in Etobicoke, Ontario, I am responsible for developing detailed pricing considering labor, materials, and equipment costs. I attend tender meetings to assess scope and site conditions, while also maintaining effective communication with clients and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.

Previously, as an Engineering Planner/Scheduler at Meralco Industrial Engineering Services Corporation in the Philippines, I administered the development and maintenance of project schedules. I identified essential elements such as milestones, activities, resources, and critical paths. I also conducted workshops and interactive sessions to support schedule development and utilized earned value reporting tools for tracking project status.

During my tenure as a Junior Scheduler at Projectrack Engineering Consultancy, I prepared and evaluated project schedules, reviewed progress schedules, and conducted work sessions with clients, designers, and contractors. As an Engineer 2 at Riofil Corporation, I reviewed project contracts, supervised production, performed construction estimates and quantity takeoffs, and managed subcontractor relationships. Additionally, I gained experience as a Document Controller at RN Ferrer and Associates, where I tracked drawings, maintained communication records, and handled contractor billings. In my earlier role as a Project Assistant and AutoCAD Operator at Lazaga Manpower Agency, I prepared drawings for development and maintenance projects.

Throughout my career, I have developed a diverse skill set, including project estimation, scheduling, coordination, and document control. I possess a strong attention to detail, technical proficiency in software tools such as AutoCAD and Excel, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

I completed the BIM and Integrated Practice program at Fanshawe College in London, Ontario, from January 2022 to August 2022. With a program GPA of 4.08, I was recognized on the President's Honor Roll for my academic achievements. Prior to that, I also successfully completed the Construction Project Management program at Fanshawe College from January 2021 to August 2021, earning a program GPA of 4.09 and again being named on the President's Honor Roll. Furthermore, I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Laguna College in San Pablo City, Laguna, Philippines, which I obtained from June 2000 to April 2005.
