As a Case Manager at Lucy's Place Transitional Housing, I collaborate with individuals facing homelessness and housing instability, offering compassionate, respectful support tailored to their unique needs, goals, and strengths. I am dedicated to helping people access community services, secure stable housing, and integrate into society successfully. With two years' experience working with people struggling with homelessness, addiction, and mental illness, I have developed a strong sense of compassion which has only fueled my ambition to better my community.

I hold a graduate certificate in Victimology from Georgian College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Laurentian University. With three years of volunteer experience as a victim services provider for Victim Services of Simcoe County, I have assisted victims of crime and tragedy through trauma-informed, crisis-oriented services.

My expertise includes trauma-informed, person-driven, and asset-based support, alongside strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. I am deeply motivated by the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others and to contribute to social justice and human dignity.

I have a 4 year Bachelor of Arts in Psychology as well as a Graduate Certificate in Victimology, which has laid the groundwork for my career in social services.
