Hi! I'm Kaitlyn⭐️

I'm a fourth-year student at Western University, specializing in Consumer Behaviour. I've always been passionate about understanding what drives people's decisions and how brands can create meaningful connections with their audiences. I aspire to work in a marketing role that blends creativity and strategy to craft impactful experiences. 

Outside of academics, I love staying active, through the gym, tennis, hiking, or cheerleading. I also LOVE baking and playing the guitar - both of which fuel my creativity in different ways!

I have a diverse background in hospitality, event planning, and entrepreneurship, with experience in customer service, operations, and marketing. My time working at restaurants like Chop and White Spot honed my ability to provide exceptional guest experiences, multitask, and collaborate with teams in fast-paced environments. I also gained event production experience at a country club, where I contributed to many up-scale events like banquets, weddings, and golf tournaments. Additionally, my entrepreneurial venture, Embreaded, has strengthened my skills in branding, business operations, and creativity. My experience studying abroad at NUS and working with multicultural teams has also enhanced my adaptability and ability to thrive in diverse, dynamic environments.
