Kanishka Kumar

I am a highly motivated Designer and Stylist with a special interest in designing textile prints and experimenting with creative colour schemes. My strengths lie in design conceptualisation, sketching, research and documentation. My previous work experiences have broadened my perspectives in terms of production and consumption behaviour as well the dynamic design environment. I strive to prove commitment and attention to detail in my work.

As a Fashion Stylist I curated personalised recommendations for clients in the form of well thought out ensembles and accessories. I Identified the personal styles of consumers and aligned them with current trends and the occasion as required. I was also responsible for communicating constructive style tips and notes to the client to understand why the selected item would best suit their body type, style, occasion, etc. and how it can be best utilised.

I also enjoy working with Textile Surface Design and have worked as a Print Designer for apparel as well as home furnishing.
