With 3+ years in administration and front desk roles, I bring a passion for exceptional client services and keen attention to detail. I’ve helped businesses improve operational efficiency through improved record keeping and data organization. My experience helping clients as a kinesiologist has also fostered exceptional interpersonal skills and understanding of client needs.
Experience
I have leveraged my education in business administration and kinesiology to obtain roles in these fields. Often working both as a kinesiologist and managing administrative tasks, I have helped health clinics better their patient information filing systems, payment tracking systems, and online marketing strategies. Enjoying more the data analysis and organization parts of my jobs, I transitioned into a market research and data analysis role for a mid-sized IT company and helped them expand into new international markets despite no previous experience in IT. From my experience I have discovered my passion for organization, whether it be data compilation and systematic analysis, creating financial reports, or implementing new procedures within an organization. I now look to transition into administrative and financial roles.
Education
I hold a BSc. in Kinesiology and Clinical Exercise Physiology from the University of Concordia and a Diploma in Business Administration from Olds College.
