I was the lead researcher and designer on projects in Travel, eCommerce, and healthcare, planning and running studies, synthesising insights, and guiding product direction within Agile teams.

• Produced UX documentation including wireframes, prototypes, use cases, and audits to support design, development, and stakeholder communication.
