Karla Jassoy

As a dedicated doula, I have had the privilege of supporting expectant parents through the transformative journey of childbirth and the postpartum period. My passion lies in providing compassionate care, empowering families, and fostering a positive birth experience a supportive environment during postpartum.

 With a deep understanding of the physical and emotional aspects of pregnancy, labor, and postpartum, I am committed to creating a nurturing environment where parents feel informed, respected, and well-supported. My ability to connect with individuals during this pivotal time allows me to offer personalized guidance, advocacy, and encouragement. I am a passionate advocate of mental health and wellbeing and I bring my knowledge to create awreness and promote sustainable strategies to cope up with stress during pregnancy, labour and postpartum. Additionally, I am fluent in Spanish, English, and French, which has given me the oportunity to work with diverse families in Toronto. I am currntly working towards my DONA certfication for both, birth and postpartum and held a certification in nutrition during pregnancy and postpartum.
