I have over 10 years of progressive leadership experience managing laboratory and facility operations in pharmaceutical and biomedical research settings. At Genevant Sciences, I led strategic planning and implementation for a 25,000 sq ft specialized pharmaceutical facility, managing multi-million-dollar budgets, optimizing vendor contracts, and directing cross-functional teams across Operations, R&D, Quality, and EHS.
