About Kashaf Siddique:

I am dedicated to the field of HR as I believe it is the lifeblood of every organization. I am particularly passionate about talent acquisition, diversity, equity & inclusion, compensation management, training & development and labour and employment relations. As a lifelong learner, I continuously seek new opportunities for professional development and to improve organizational practices.

I have exhibited knowledge and experience throughout my professional career in areas including but not limited to recruitment and selection, event coordination, HR analytics, HR record management and compliance all while providing exceptional stakeholder experience.

To showcase my commitment to professional development, I am currently pursuing the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation.
