Hi, I'm Kashish Bhambra, an undergraduate student at McMaster University, currently completing my bachelors in the Life Sciences (BSc), where I am specializing in Biology and Physiology research.

Experienced in both healthcare and customer service roles, I've demonstrated a commitment to providing exceptional service and support. During my time as a Volunteer/Screener at William Osler Health System, I ensured a welcoming environment for patients and visitors while coordinating with hospital departments to facilitate smooth patient flow. Additionally, my volunteer work at Hope24/7 involved building an online curriculum to promote mental health awareness, showcasing my ability to collaborate with diverse teams. 

As a Cashier/Sales Associate at Dollarama, I provided excellent customer service and maintained a clean sales floor, resulting in positive feedback and repeat business. In my role as an Administrative Assistant at Care Plus Solutions, I managed daily administrative tasks for multiple clinics and provided seamless remote support, demonstrating strong organizational and communication skills. 

Complementing my work experience, I've maintained a strong academic record and am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Physiology research specialization at McMaster University, where I actively participate in extracurricular activities and student organizations, further developing my leadership and community involvement skills.
