Experience

Worked at the Canadian Tire store for 10 years as a customer service representative. I multi-tasked cashing customers out, returns and exchanges, answering phones, testing and displaying products and helping customers with paying their retail mastercard.

I moved up in the company, and started working at Canadian Tire Financial Services for the following 9 years. My duties at Canadian Tire bank included servicing customer mastercard accounts, updating customer information, applying adjustments and credits, processing balance transfers, outbound calling, and training new hire employees in a 6 week training program.
