Katrina Tharp

Self motivated worker. I thrive off of efficiency and impeccable organizing skills. I am a good team player, ready to assist anyone who might need help, but I also work extremely well independently. I love the challenge of learning new tasks, how things work and problem solving. 

I am currently a manager for Nat's Bread company, which I have been with for 8 years. I started as a coop student and was hired as soon as my hours we're completed. Two years later I was promoted to manager. Prior to my career as a baker, I worked as a clerical administrator for Paramed Home Health Services where I completed various tasks from regular clerical duties, reception, and record management. In my last year in the office I was assigned to the new wound care program where I was responsible for verifying and inputting data from nursing documents. In high school worked for a year at Lady Jo boutique. I also have experience as a riding instructor, giving beginner to intermediate lessons to students ranging from 5 to 55 years old. 

I have graduated from Algonquin with a certification in Pre Health Sciences as well as Baking and Pastry Arts, which I graduated with honors.
