- Preconstruction: - BIM tools were used in various preconstruction efforts including virtual walkthroughs, logistics plans, schedules etc. Prepared 2D and 3D logistics plans, 3D views, virtual VR mockups, walkthroughs showing construction methodology and plans to accommodate project specific needs. - Schedules were integrated with 3D models for pursuits in order to show the construction sequences mainly using Synchro and Lumion - Clash detection and coordination: The modelling, clash detection and coordination of overhead services with 3D modeling and hence directing the subcontractors. AutoCad, Revit and Navisworks being extensively used in the process. Organizing and coordinating clash detection meetings to facilitate pre fabrication and installation of MEP services. - Laser scanning: Performed and supervised laser scanning process and modelling from point clouds to capture the existing conditions of a building. -Facilitated new hire departmental introductions and trainings. Also did annual departmental update presentations. 

BIM Modeller (Co-op) Aug 2016 – Feb 2017 Crystal Fountains, Vaughan, ON 60 Snow Blvd #3, Concord, ON L4K 4B3 • Applied exceptional communication skills to collaborate with team members, under supervision of BIM Coordinator to automate PFD processes and implement organizational changeover from AutoCAD to Revit2016, thereby allowing clients and developers to change layouts, calculate pipe size and change other parameters easily. • Created and enhanced Crystal Fountains product library in Revit2016, resulting in increased access to information. • Researched Revit family creation and developed customized Revit families and small recurring units, enabling the improved ability to accommodate client requirements and project needs. • Created new and customized models based on client specifications within strict deadlines, resulting in customer satisfaction and on-time delivery of specialized engineering solutions. • Prepared presentations for prospective clients, designing proposals in Revit, researching how to calculate process flow, creating and presenting process flow and creating PFD. • Utilized coaching and leadership skills to provide intermediate and Revit Architectural Fundamental training. • Facilitated general employee training and meetings to provide updated information on the progress of ongoing projects, resulting in 100% comprehension of role and project expectations.
