My education has given me solid foundation in family dynamics, adolescence and addiction, intake procedures and treatment planning, interviewing and counselling, group facilitation, as well as having my first aid, CPR and NVCI certificates.  

I strongly believe in, humility, compassion, and respect. I model myself according to these values. I am very enthusiastic about making a difference in people’s lives.  If given the opportunity I will do everything in my power to connect and I interact With the clients and, create a safe place for them to be open and feel heard, while working alongside and guiding them thought their healing journey.

Practicum placement at Lives in Transition where assisting women with reaching their wholistic and employment goals is the primary focus.  Assisted clients with housing applications, job search, connecting with income support, maintenance enforcement and identifying challenges based on domestic violence, addictions and mental health challenges.
