About Kayylaw Prado:

My name is Kaylaw Prado . I am a 31 year old single mother. I've been working as a cashier, working customer service and the front end of both the locations I was working at. I've been working in these 3 areas for about 6 years now. I love working as a cashier , I love working customer service and front end .

I enjoy meeting new people having new conversations with my customers. I am very polite and welcoming to each and every customer with a good morning how are you today? Or a good afternoon. 

My skills I would say include :

performing a variety of tasks from preparing the food.

stocking supplies.

serving.charging people for their food

 handling cash credit cards and a cash register. 

cleaning tables and counters, resetting tables

 greeting customers

answering questions.

Experience

Tim Hortons 2015 to 2019

payments and administering receipts to customers. Resolving any pricing complaints and providing solutions or a positive customer service experience. Processing any exchanges or refunds as requested.

Prepare simple dishes, such as salads and entrees. Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and taking out trash. Ensure that all food and other items are stored properly.
