Kazi Muhammad Khubaib

Hi! I am Kazi Muhammad Khubaib and now I am on a Post Graduate Work Permit. I am a recent graduate of Dual Post Graduate Certificate in HR, Marketing and Entrepreneurship from Trent University, Toronto, Ontario, Canada. I came to Canada in 2022 on 20th of August to study at the reputed institute and build a new career in the field of Marketing and HR. I completed my 4 years of Bachelor from Independent University in Bangladesh and 2 years of International Professional Diploma in Hotel Management OTHM in Bangladesh as well. As my study was about Marketing and HR that developed my communication skill and interacting with people. I personally very much fond of interacting with people, working in groups, attending debates, presenting and observing. Besides these, I also love cooking and sports that help me to enjoy my leisure times with full of creative activities. In the end, I love to help people, support and motivate to grow in any kind of situation finding a different way out. 
Overall, I am very creative person who loves to interact with people and wants to develop a career in Marketing and HR with a purpose of development of the country.

When I came as a student in In Canada, i did my job as a Cashier in ADDA Bengali kitchen and Catering for 6 months. Later on I switched my job to Supervisory at Radhuni Pizza and Grill . My job were to monitor employee productivity, provide constructive feedback and coaching, receive complaints and resolve problems. And also to maintain timekeeping and personnel records and pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa. For these, I had to be very much passionate in communicating, organising and time management as a Supervisor. Back in home, I have almost 5 years of experience in HR related jobs. I worked as HR Executive Officer and my role was to manage emoloyee activities, benefits, compensation and feedback. Besides, I cordinated employee training programs and implemented performance review procedures. And also observed daily operations of HR Department as well.
In the end if I get any position in the HR and Marketing sector, I would be a great fit to the field and try my best to be successful with my interpersonal organizational skills

Through studying at Trent University, I have gained much knowledge on career development in Marketing and HR sector, participated in many projects, worked within team members and was introduced with different skills. Studying at different environment and institute in a different Country was a great experiment for me to develop a new career growth. Back in home, I studied my 4 years of Bachelor at Independent university in Bangladesh where I got basic knowledge of Marketing and HR. From this, I have got an inspiration to build my career in the field of Marketing and HR. Meanwhile, I completed International Professional Diploma in Hotel Management OTHM. I am a certified Server at Smart Serve Ontario certication programme and also certified as a food handler at Certification of Food Handler, Ontario in Canada. My whole study was about Marketing and HR management and from the beginning of my study I always wanted to study all the activities and strategies of Marketing and HR to build a successful career in the field.
