Freelance Designer/Sr. Architectural Tech

  • Design and production of full-scale project plans and associated communications documents. (Residential, Multi-Unit Residential, Commercial, etc)
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, devise contingency plans and either plan for execution or delivered to Project Manager for execution (project dependant).
  • Establishing/Maintaining relationships with internal and external clients
  • Responsible for permit applications and communications with Authorities having jurisdiction
  • Coordinating with Sub-Consultants and Sub-Contractors
  • Produced detailed budgeting for cost management
  • Responsible for planning and preparing construction schedules and milestones
  • Responsible for all contract administration tasks,
  • Responsible for the estimating and procurement of materials
  • Assisted in the evaluation of bids
  • Assisted in project tendering
  • Assisting in Business branding and logo design as well as advertising and marketing material.
