About Kerry Lee-Crawford:
I'm a passionate Document Technician with a knowledge of administrative and educational experience. In my last position I was responsible for data entry in QuickBooks, filing and gained customer facing experience.
Throughout my professional work experiences I have gained the ability to do research and use my critical thinking skills in designing and managing various documents. I've had the privilege of working in the oil & gas and pharmaceutical industries. Being responsible for scanning, copying, distributing and archiving paper and digital files within the LiveLink database, uploading documents to FTP sites and using GMP compliances to process and manage documentation with precision and efficiency. Following and training others with document procedures within both specific industries was a great pleasure for me as well.
My mission is to help simplify the efficiency and performance of others I work with. Working with a team that cares about what they do and how they do it is what I would love to be a part of once again!
Experience
Throughout my professional work experiences I have gained the ability to do research and use my critical thinking skills in designing and managing various documents using Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
I've had the privilege of working in the oil & gas engineering industry, where I was responsible for ensuring the quality assurance of documents, scanning, copying, distributing, processing documents into LiveLink and uploading them into an FTP site, and filing paper copies. I also had the pleasure of training new document technicians about the protocols and procedures. I was then promoted to be a Junior Expeditor, where I attended vendor meetings with our project mangers, and created vendor spreadsheets in Excel to keep track of vendor equipment schedules within contract agreements. I worked closely with our project managers to facilitate an ongoing rapport with vendors and their commitments to our company.
I also loved working as a Quality Assurance Clerk for a pharmaceutical manufacturing company. I was responsible for managing and maintaining two document vaults and following GMP practices of filing and storing all documentation. I grew and maintained an Excel spreadsheet database of all documents. I also scanned, copied, and distributed documents. I updated and maintained SOP records and other such procedural records ensuring they were always current. I also had the privilege of training other employees in GMP practices within the FDA and company procedure practices.
Education
I did my undergraduate study at the University of Lethbridge starting in 2010 and graduating in 2014 with combined degrees for Bachelor of Art and Bachelor of Education. My major was in Art Education and a minor in Language Arts.
