• Technical Support – I began my professional career administering technical support for clients, such as troubleshooting and delivering demos.
• Inside Sales Support – I worked on motor sizing for applications for the motion control product lines. The main product line included Parker Automation products, including stepper and servo technologies for linear and rotary applications. Other products included Trilogy linear motors, Renishaw linear encoders, Red Lion displays, and Quicksilver servo motors. 
• Outside Sales – I managed a territory in the Greater Toronto Area.
