• Planned and designed specific swimming lessons for a wide range of children with different abilities and ages 
• Collaborated with a team to structure aquatics over the pandemic 
• Worked independently to maintain safety of the YMCA pool during lane swims, while conducting necessary tasks to ensure adequate accessibility for all 

Durham District School Board - Special Education Supervisor 

• Assisted in assigned special needs classrooms, engaging in activities and conversations to aid in communication development 
• Volunteered in Best Buddies Club, designed to connect those in the special needs program with the rest of the school

• Worked as a cashier and deli/meat server in a fast-paced environment

• Exploring the theories underlying rehabilitation of children and adults as well as studying the impact and effects of mental health, disease, and human movement
• Special interest in pursuing a Masters of Occupational Therapy with focus on those with special needs
