I am currently a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) student with a strong background in patient-facing healthcare environments, medical office support, and client experience. I bring over 15 years of customer service experience and approximately 8 years of professional sales experience, which has allowed me to develop strong communication skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and patients. I truly love and strive to be the person people feel comfortable to come to for help!

My experience includes working in roles that require professionalism while being personable, discretion, and attention to detail, particularly when handling sensitive information and maintaining strict confidentiality. I am experienced with direct billing processes, cash handling, POS systems, CRM platforms, and electronic patient record systems, and I am comfortable supporting the daily operations of busy clinics while ensuring a welcoming and organized patient experience. 

My goal is find a long term position where I can combine my nursing education with my background in service, sales, and clinic coordination to contribute to healthcare environments that prioritize high-quality patient care and exceptional client experience, and grow my skills as a professional within the medical field while continuing nursing school.
