Currently 8 years customer service team lead position leading 17 reps to complete daily tasks and assigned duties.

High school diploma

Local hydro utility for 22 years. Positions held as Customer Care Team Lead (currently), Customer Care Rep, Purchasing Clerk and Receptionist 

MacDonald Green completed courses in time management , effective customer service, dealing with irate customers and completed course in customer ser management
