20 years of excellent customer service experience and 4 years specifically in a major grocery store. I have a proven track record of dealing successfully with customers and coworkers in all my previous positions. I am accustomed to doing extra tasks in the workplace in order to make a significant impact to the growth of the store/business. 

Education

I have my Ontario Secondary School Diploma and I have earned my MS Word certification through LinkedIn tutorials online course.
