• Collaborate with key customers (Business Owners and Head of Departments) to
understand current lT issues and opportunities in line with business objectives
• Ensure requirements are gathered and validated and accordingly propose
possible digital solutions to bridge gap between current situation and to-be

• Review and signoff documentations for functional and non-functional
requirements in Request for Proposals and/or Business Requirements Document
to be shared with internal or external development teams
• Perform technical feasibility and POCs for future systems to be implemented and
/ or evaluated
• Follow up the implementation process to ensure solutions/workarounds are
found that are acceptable to the internal customers, business owners and other
stakeholders
• Coordinate System lntegration, User Acceptance and go live and post go live
support through proper change management process
• Manage end user requests, changes and incidents through the lT Helpdesk
• Oversee team of system analyst/s and analyst programmer/s for effective service
delivery
• Follow-up on lT risks and business continuity to mitigate adverse business
impact
• Develop, implement and maintain lT policies and procedures
