Kristin Comeau

My name is Kristin Comeau. Knowledge and background in human resources. I take pride in all work that is put in front of me. I have a very strong work ethic and a positive attitude. I am easily trainable and can adapt to new challenges with confidence. I have a strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset.

I graduated from NBCC with an advanced diploma in Human Resources Management in 2012. From there, I was employed at the Ottawa Hospital for 4 years as a Human Resources Assistant and Advisor where I supported managers and employees working in a unionized environment in departments such as recruitment, redeployment and labour relations. Once relocated back to New Brunswick, I worked at Canada Bread Company Limited for a year and a half where I was employed as a Human Resources Consultant focusing on supporting plant and distribution centre managers and employees in areas such as recruitment and onboarding, absenteeism, dispute resolution, employee and labour relations, progressive discipline and file management while maintaining the language of the collective agreement as this was also a unionized environment. Since working at Canada Bread Ltd., I have been serving and working as the General Manager for family-owned restaurants, 5 Bridges Bar & Grill & The Sandbar. My role as GM is managing employees, overseeing day-to-day operations, serving and handling customer complaints, product orders, scheduling, verifying and responding to emails, organizing reservations and group functions, generating financial reports and completing daily deposit.
