● Standardized & implemented optimization of concrete production procedures in lab and on field. 

● Monitored pours and worked with customers on site to ensure product meets required specifications. 

● Troubleshooting problems on project sites and at plants, including field investigations. 

● Coordinated with plant and suppliers to monitor product(s) and consult on quality.

● Worked on a Tunnel project, which involved managing various aspects of the construction process. 

● Responsible for reviewing technical drawings, studying, and overseeing its execution on site. 

● Completed Construction of a 30 m high concrete intake structure for the tunnel, which involved communicating, coordinating with various teams and contractors, resulting in an increase in 15% of efficiency.

● Responsible for estimation & costing for material procurement and execution. Involving assessing the required materials for the project, estimating their costs. 

● Executed fabrication of gantry for concreting of D shaped tunnel. 

● Responsible for the quality control of the batched concrete, this involved monitoring and ensuring that the concrete used in the project met the required standards and specifications. 

● Managed the concrete laboratory for compressive testing, sieve analysis of the aggregate

I did my Construction Project Management  & BIM from Fanshaw.

● Designing with LEED specifications 

● Designing on BIM-360 for a live collaboration project. 

● Developing the 4D-Stimulation of the project.

● Studied IDP (Integrated Design Process) 

● Learnt project documentations for the RFIs (Request for Information) 

● Worked as a project coordinator on a Capstone project. 

● Prepared WBS (Work breakdown structure)
