Kyla Coopman

My varietal skillset comes from working a multitude of front-of-house (FOH) positions in a wide 
range of establishments. I’ve worked as a hostess, server, bartender, and FOH supervisor, giving 
me a strong foundation of knowledge and experience in the restaurant industry. I promote the 
success of my workplace by succeeding as a responsible, honest member of my team who
follows protocol, communicates plentifully and clearly, and has a calming demeanor. I am also
skilled and confident in de-escalating negative incidents, leading to a more safe and enjoyable 
establishment for staff and patrons. I can mix drinks, operate Auphan, fill out incidence reports, 
manage opening and closing duties within a timely manner, and can take on multiple positions at 
once if needed.
