With 3 years of hands-on towing experience and a year as a drivers manager, I’ve built a strong foundation in leadership, logistics, and on-the-road problem solving. Before that, I spent 4 years managing barns and staff, backed by over 15 years of working with and caring for horses. Experience that taught me discipline, responsibility, and the ability to stay calm in high-pressure situations. I’m passionate about helping people when they need it most and keeping operations running smoothly, no matter the environment. My strengths include clear communication, quick decision-making, strong team leadership, and the ability to adapt to unexpected challenges with confidence.
