  • Over twenty years of experience in the field of civil engineering, reinforced concrete structural design, construction management (Planning/Scheduling, Cost Control, Change Management, Field Engineering, and Estimating), and coordination. Expert in contractual analysis pertains to specific and general conditions and specifications to resolve/align project management disputes or claims within the contract framework.I have applied Primavera as a scheduling software tool to build a schedule to manage resources and provide construction management solutions supporting various construction phases. I have applied Digital Time Capture (DTC) as a tool for tracking daily costs, including labour, equipment, materials, expenses, and subcontractor's billing.
