• Checking, cleaning and recording of all related to the safe and hygiene maintenance of the pool and the use and storage of chemicals in accordance with Health and safety protocol.
• Interact in a courteous manner to all guest inquiries, questions, complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct maintenance duties required by company, assigned daily in accordance with company requirements and company policy to maintain satisfaction both the guest and the company.
• Assist in the fire alarm testing bi-weekly or monthly, emergency jobs assigned on a routine basis as required by company.
•  Liaise and work closely with the direct supervisor or property manager regarding the completion of assigned work to minimize downtime and delays of work and contribute to the company’s profitability. 
• Perform garbage disposal daily in accordance the company policy and requirements.
• Compliance to the rules and attendance policy and its availability on a regular basis.
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
