My name is Lakhdeep Kaur. I live in Scarborough, Ontario. I recently graduated from Paralegal program at Centennial college. Currently, I am preparing for my P1 licensing exam which is in November 2023 this year. Along with my preparation I am looking for a position in which I can work and gain valuable knowledge and experience for my legal career ahead. I am working at Fat Bastard Burritos as a cashier and server for almost 2 years since the time my study started in order to earn my livelihood.

In my work experience, In June 2023, I started my internship at Costa Law Firm to put my foot in this legal world and gain firsthand experience. I performed administrative and clerical duties, including the drafting of legal documents, and provided general support to clients and other staff members. Moreover, I even performed legal receptionist tasks as well. I assisted senior lawyers in doing legal research related to current matters. If I will get this position I will be very grateful. I did my senior secondary from Punjab ,India. I recently graduated from Centennial College in paralegal program. I learn new processes quickly. I have gained comprehensive training in various areas of Canadian law, including labour and employment law, small claims litigation, the Provincial Offence Act, the Residential Tenancies Act, and the Human Rights Code. I am also eagerly preparing myself to write my P1 examination this year.
