I am a Certified Fitness & Health professional, who is passionate about the fitness, lifestyle, nutrition health, and wellness field. I apply to my self and love to help others achieve wellness.

I have been working at Goodlife fitness for a year and a half, I apply my knowledge daily and help people improve their health. I constantly do consultations and sales, organize and collect confidential documents, train my clients and guide them through exercises, I schedule my clients every week, and I like to plan and organize ahead of time so I can maintain a good quality of my work. I love what I do and I am always willing to keep learning and give my best in this  new position  at Western University fitness centre.

I got my fitness & health promotion diploma from Fanshawe after two years of school. which helped me to gain knowledge on how to help people with special needs, and how to achieve wellness, anatomy,marketing, health promotion, and dealing with special conditions
