Lauren Gagnon

Motivated researcher with a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering - specializing in heat transfer and its application to energy, science and technology. Seeking to fill a position in the clean/renewable energy field.

I am a young professional with BS, MS, and PhD degrees in Mechanical Engineering.  During my graduate studies, I focused my discipline to Energy, Science, and Technology.  I am now completing a postdoctoral program where I perform fire safety research on lithium-ion batteries.  I hope to expand upon this work and its application to energy storage for renewable energy sources as I continue in my career.
