• Compiling all necessary documents for complete evaluation packages.
• Working with team members to coordinate various aspects of the evaluations
effectively and efficiently.
• Attend department meetings, take minuites and follow up on action items.
• Manage the department email inbox and handle all correspondance
• Sorted and distributed office mail and recorded incoming shipments for corporate
records.
• Restocked supplies and placed purchase orders to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Greeted incoming visitors and customers professionally and provided friendly,
knowledgeable assistance.
• Confirmed appointments, communicated with clients and updated client records.
• Triaged incoming calls on multi-line phone system and directed to departments based
on customer needs.
