Leqa Ahmadi

My name is Leqa Ahmadi. I belong to Afghanistan and it has been six months that I do live in Calgary, AB. I can describe my personality in three words that are being honest, kind and hardworking person. I am interested in learning new things and meeting people from different background. In my free time I would like to read books. 

I lived in India for more than four years and I worked as a sales associate for different Indian companies. As a sales associate the main part is how to greet the customer so you can convince them to find and buy their needs. These are the main role I had to as a sales associate:

•  Greeting and welcoming Customers throughout the Store and assisting them wisely.
• Maintaining Contact with them through company loyalty membership Programs of services.
• Store Maintenance through Styling, Color Blocking, Merchandising, Cleanliness.
• Generating Sales through Meeting Up targets involve Personal selling with warm smile.
• Stock Count physically on weekly basis and Reconcile with System Stock-in-hand.
• Conducting Training on Selling, Techniques, Product Training, and Orientation Programs.
• Procurement and Availability of Stock replenishment at store.
• Handing Customer Grievances and Resolve them prudently.
• Maintenance of Store as per Students.
• Controlling Store Defects and shop lifting.
• Ensure Optimum Usage of Area Sq. Ft for selling.

I graduated from 12th when I was in Afghanistan. In India I started studying a program called ECCE or Early Child Care Education in one of institute named Hi Five Center. During this program I learned how to take care children and teach in a perfect manner.
