his opportunity appeals to me for several reasons. Throughout my 17 years of career, I have gained a

strong foundation in administrative skills. Including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, scheduling and

coordinating. I have also taken several online certificates and courses to enhance my skills. This includes

“Effective Communication”, “Project Management” which my previous company provides. Most

importantly, I have a proven track record of success in administrative roles. I was able to coordinate

successfully through other functions for any Market Visit by our National Senior Leadership Team for our

territory. Additionally, I was able to improve our daily sales by implementing and publishing Daily Sales

Reports for our Team. Additionally, created several templates used for National Reports such as Inventory

Management, Empties Retrieval with a huge impact on the beverage business. Arranging travel and

accommodation for the Senior Leadership Team from different departments meant I had to organize

meals and activities as well as collaborate with our internal events team. I had to ensure that everything

ran according to schedule.

 Facilitate Partner Assessment and Audit to ensure compliance to requirements and if

actual capacity is up to date with the current volume.

 Pro"t & Loss simulation on the Partners’ Volume and MIX and current OPEX and

compare it with the GTM Standards

 Takes the lead in the Engagement and Disengagement Process from Partner

Negotiation, Screening and Selection, Compliance to Requirements, Set-Up of Partner

Warehouse and System Enrollment, Handholding during Launch, Partner Assessment,

Issuance of Warning Letters (if applicable) and Settlement of Account upon Notice of

Resignation/Termination as Recommended by Sales Team.

 Processing of Partner Agreement/Contracts (New Partner/Renewal) including

Notarization.

 Implementation of Projects spearheaded by any Function in the HO/CU directly related

to Partners such as but not limited to (Truck Upsizing, Pick-Up Business, Load Utilization,
