Outside of work, I enjoy staying active by hiking and practicing yoga. I also have a passion for cooking and love trying out new recipes in my free time. • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies: In my role, I have been responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. This involves identifying the right talent channels, creating job descriptions and postings, and conducting interviews and assessments.
• Building and managing relationships: I have built and maintained strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders in the hiring process. This has allowed me to effectively communicate with them and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Talent acquisition analytics and reporting: I have been responsible for tracking and analyzing talent acquisition metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality. This has allowed me to make data-driven decisions that improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the hiring process.
• Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): In my role as a Talent Specialist, I have developed and implemented DEI initiatives to create a more inclusive workplace. This has included partnering with hiring managers to create diverse candidate pipelines, training hiring teams on unconscious bias, and developing strategies to increase diversity across the organization.
• Candidate Experience: I am dedicated to providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
